2014 Assessments Due
A reminder to all property owners that the current year’s POA assessments have been issued and are due by April 31. A delinquent notice will be mailed after the initial due date and will accrue a $25 late penalty. Assessments not received by June 1st, will be referred to the attorney for collections.
